Overview

Ramshorn Lodge is a long-standing condominium property located in the heart of Vail Village. The existing website no longer reflected the quality of the guest experience, making it difficult for visitors to explore accommodations and confidently book their stay.

As Art Director, I led the creative vision for a complete redesign focused on modernizing the brand, improving usability, and creating a flexible design system that balances immersive storytelling with a streamlined booking experience.

Challenge

The previous website relied on dated layouts, inconsistent page structures, and a fragmented user experience that made discovering accommodations unnecessarily difficult. Information was buried across multiple pages, navigation lacked hierarchy, and the visual design failed to communicate the premium nature of the property.

The redesign needed to create a more intuitive guest journey while elevating the overall perception of the Ramshorn brand.

Solution

I reimagined the experience around the way travelers actually plan a vacation. Content was reorganized into a clearer information architecture, navigation was simplified, and every page was redesigned with responsive layouts that prioritize imagery, readability, and direct booking opportunities.

A new visual language combining warm neutrals, refined typography, and immersive photography creates a timeless hospitality brand while a scalable component library ensures consistency throughout the experience.
